Acceptance of Orders

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email.

2. Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment

3. If there has been a pricing or product description error

Delivery of Orders

In order for us to deliver items efficiently the customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address. The customer should review the confirmation email carefully and let us know immediately of any necessary changes to the delivery address. We are not responsible for any missing or delayed parcels that have been sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. No replacements or refunds will be issued until the original parcel has been returned to us.
