We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not, just return the product to us following the instructions below and we’ll exchange or refund it.
In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt of your item(s). If you return everything you have ordered from us, this refund will also include the original delivery charge (UK orders only).
To request a refund or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply to your email with full instructions. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card you purchased from. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning item(s) to us, unless returning faulty items (see below). Returns must be received within 7 working days of the refund request, or 14 working days of receipt of the order (whichever is the longer). We are not obliged to process refunds beyond this period.

All payments are taken in pound sterling, if the exchange rate changes between the date of purchase and the date of refund, you will see a discrepancy in the amount refunded. This is governed by the banks and totally beyond our control, and may result in you being refunded more or less than you originally paid.
Any taxes or customs charges brought about by the return of items from outside the EU will be payable by the customer and deducted from the total amount refunded. These charges can be avoided by writing "Ladies Swimwear - Return" and noting a value of zero on the customs declaration.
Returning Faulty Swimwear
Faults are extremely rare with our products; our care instructions (available on every product page) must be followed to ensure keep your swimwear in top condition. If an item has been cared for incorrectly, or obviously damaged by factors beyond our control (including but not limited to swimming pool chemicals, suntan lotions, cosmetics, detergents etc.) we are under no obligation to provide a replacement or refund.
Where goods are found to be genuinely faulty within six months of purchase we will reimburse all costs associated with the delivery of the goods, and provide a repair, replacement or refund. Where goods are not faulty the customer is responsible for all delivery costs.
Where goods are returned beyond six months of purchase, as per the Sale of Goods Act and Distance Selling Regulations, the customer must prove that the goods were originally provided with a fault. Unfortunately, environmental factors beyond our control can damage garments and, beyond six months from purchase, we are under no obligation to repair, replace or refund without this proof.
Please note the following exceptions to our Refund Policy
Where the item is returned to us in a used condition we will not issue a refund or exchange. Any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, marked, affected by odours including cigarette smoke or had any tags removed are non-returnable. Where present, please leave all tags and hygiene strips in place until you are sure the garment fits.
