Exchanges and Refunds

If you need to send something back to us we try to make returns as painless as possible for you.

1. Read the 'Important Returns Information' below to make sure your item is returnable.

2. Fold garments neatly to avoid creasing and pop a note in the package clearly showing your order number and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

3. Send the package back to: La Magia Ltd. First Floor Offices Front, Crown House, 25 High Street, Rothwell, Northants. NN14 6AD. United Kingdom.

We aim to process all returns within 2 working days of receiving them, during busy times it could take us a little longer but we always email to let you know your return has been processed.

Important Returns information

When trying on our swimwear, please ensure you handle the product with great care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, makeup or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. The goods must be returned to us intact and undamaged. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return something to us for a refund or an exchange.

Where the item is returned to us in a used condition we will not issue a refund or exchange. Any items that have been worn, washed, marked, affected by odours including cigarette smoke or had any tags removed are non-returnable and will be sent back to you. Where present, please leave all tags and hygiene strips in place until you are sure the garment fits. We will not accept returns where hygiene strips have been removed. All swimwear should be tried on over underwear to avoid marking.

Items purchased with a credit note or voucher may only be returned in exchange for a credit note to the value of the total sale price paid by the customer. We are only able to refund to the card originally used.

For Luna cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss of packages or products sent back to us by a customer so we recommend that you opt for recorded or special delivery and retain your proof of postage and tracking details. Please ensure all parcels are clearly labelled and securely sealed before posting.

Non-UK Customers

All payments are taken in pound sterling, if the exchange rate changes between the date of purchase and the date of refund, you will see a discrepancy in the amount refunded. This is governed by the banks and totally beyond our control, and may result in you being refunded more or less than you originally paid.

Any taxes or customs charges brought about by the return of items from outside the EU will be payable by the customer and deducted from the total amount refunded. These charges can be avoided by writing "Ladies Swimwear - Return" and noting a value of zero on the customs declaration.

Returning Faulty Swimwear

Faults are extremely rare with our products; our care instructions must be followed to ensure keep your swimwear in top condition. If an item has been cared for incorrectly we are under no obligation to provide a replacement or refund. Where goods are faulty we will reimburse the full cost of return postage and provide a repair, replacement or refund. Where goods are not faulty the customer is responsible for all return costs.
