How quickly will I receive my order?
We're currently receiving a high number of orders and enquiries so please allow 3 working days for us to process your order. UK customers usually receive orders within 3 working days of dispatch, European customers within 5 working days and other overseas customers within 7 working days. Delivery Days are Monday - Friday.
How will you deliver my order and what will it cost?
We use Royal Mail 1st Class for all UK orders. Delivery is charged at a rate of £4 for UK orders, £5.50 for European orders and £7.50 throughout the rest of the world. UK orders over £200 will be sent special delivery. Overseas we use Royal Mail Air Mail for all orders below £180, orders over this amount are sent by courier.
Can I amend my order?
Possibly. If you've made a mistake and we've not yet processed your order, please do get in touch via our contact form.
Can I give a different delivery address?
Yes, at the checkout you will be asked for your delivery address and then on the next screen you will need to provide the address where your card is registered. The two addresses do not have to match.
How do I track my order?
If at any point you would like a status update please email us and we will advise you on the current status of your order.
How will my order be presented?
Each order is sent in a plastic postal bag. A delivery note is enclosed. If you are a business customer and you require a VAT receipt please email us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship orders all over the world. Please, view our delivery page for more information regarding costs, etc.
Can I return an item?
Yes of course! Please see our returns process for all the information.
What is your exchange process if I need to swap?
Once your item arrives with us we will email you to confirm receipt and confirm timescales for the dispatch of the replacement item. View our returns page for more information.
What is the refund process?
Once your item arrives with us we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Funds usually clear within 5-7 days of the item arriving back with us.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty upon arrival, please let us know immediately so we can exchange for a non-faulty item. We will reimburse your return postage costs.
What payment options do you provide?
You can pay for your order via Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, and Stripe. We will be introducing Klarna to our payment options very soon.
Which debit/credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, UK Maestro, American Express, Delta, and Solo. You can also pay for all items via Paypal. All charges are in pounds sterling.
I would like to order over the telephone, can I call you?
We are a very small team, passionate about giving exceptional service. To give the best service possible we only take web orders, and answer all emails within 1 business day, typically within 1 hour, often within a few minutes! If you are unable to place an order online you can email us and we will arrange to call you at a time that is convenient.
What will appear on my bank statement?
Your purchase will appear as For Luna on your bank statement, and FL Retail Ltd is the name of our company.
How do I checkout?
When you are ready to complete your order click the Checkout button in the top right hand corner of the screen. There are two pages to our checkout, the first asks for your delivery address and the second asks for your card details and the address where your card is registered. The two addresses do not have to match so you can choose to have your order delivered to a work address, for example.

How secure is your checkout?
Using your credit or debit card with For Luna is completely safe. You simply enter your personal details on our own server before secure socket layers (SSL) encrypt your details for transmission for authorization by real time credit card processing system provided by Stripe. We do not handle or see your card details at anytime throughout the order process. This provides all customers with the ultimate in safe, secure online ordering.

How do I know you have received my order?
Once your order has been received you will receive an email confirming your order details and confirming that we are processing your order. If you notice any problems with the order details you can reply to this email and let us know of any amendments.
Why haven't I received any emails from you?
The first place to check is your junk/spam folder. If our emails are not found there this usually means there has been a typing error in the email field of our checkout and so we have been unable to reach you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and will re-send the emails to you.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email advising you of estimated delivery timescales.

How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to each individual item for sizing advice.
Do your swimsuits and bikinis have underwired cups?
None of our products have underwiring, however they do offer fabulous support (recommended up to an F cup) thanks to the structured lining inside the cups and the reinforced band that sits beneath the bust. This provides a comfortable and flattering fit to all shapes and sizes.
How do I care for my swimwear?
Treated with respect, our swimwear is designed to last for many years. The advice is the same as for any swimwear. Hand wash in cool water and allow to dry naturally. Avoid harsh chemicals, jacuzzis, saunas, washing machines and tumble driers. All of these break down the fibres in swimwear fabric. Swimming pools can contain high levels of chlorine that are damaging to swimwear fabric, always rinse in clean water after swimming in a pool. Allow the fabric to dry totally before storing away, otherwise (if left for more than a few days) the fabric will start to break down.
Is your swimwear suitable for women who have had a mastectomy?
Yes! We've had many lovely emails from customers who have had mastectomies without reconstruction who have said the cups work really well for them. The cups are structured, and very lightly padded. Therefore they create a gentle curve without appearing to be empty or overly padded.
